HB 206- Elections-Acceptable Identification Revisions-2

We Oppose This Bill.

Summary: AN ACT relating to elections; requiring that acceptable identification include a photograph of the person; repealing Medicaid and Medicare insurance cards as forms of acceptable identification; and providing for an effective date.
Why It Matters: It is the freedom and right of all Wyoming citizens to vote. This bill harms our senior friends and neighbors, some of whom no longer have drivers licenses and most of whom are women, in their ability to vote for the people they wish to represent them.
