Ride the Range

520-mile bike ride to benefit the Wyoming Women Veterans Empowerment Fund

The funds raised will be used to enhance the quality of lives of our women Veterans. These individuals gave us the gift of our freedom when they were deployed and have contributed deeply to the fabric of our communities all across this great nation upon their return. Keith Geis, organizer of Ride the Range, and the other riders are dedicated to raising funds in support of our Veterans. Funds will support empowerment programs for women Veterans to attend.

The ride will be an opportunity for the riders to find something deep within and to push themselves past limits in endurance and the ability to withstand the pain when climbing up those big mountains passes one pedal stroke at a time. It is fitting that the ride will serve to support our veterans who pushed past even more extreme limits and experienced things that most of us could never comprehend.

The 2019 fundraiser kicked off the evening of, July 14, 2019 at the Platte Valley Bank’s Community room in Wheatland, WY when supporters could stop by for light Hors d’oeuvres, to meet the riders, and make last minute pledges.
