WYWF Communications & Events Associate
Position Summary
The Communications & Events Associate is an integral part of the Wyoming Women’s Foundation (WYWF) team. The position’s primary responsibility is to manage the annual Wyoming Women’s Antelope Hunt (WWAH) from planning through successful execution, including all related administrative duties, donor development, and communications. The Associate position also creates communications materials/messaging for WYWF, coordinates meetings and engagement events as required and supports the WYWF advisory board.
Responsibilities include: managing all aspects of the Wyoming Women’s Antelope Hunt, including sponsorships, event logistics and volunteer management; producing communication material including writing appeals, press releases, social media and other copy to support WYWF’s strategic outreach; assisting with WYWF development tasks and coordinating other ad hoc events during the year.
