“DIY” Meat Processing Workshop
Process your own! For hunters who harvested on their morning hunt, our wild game processing experts, Connor Worthen, Chad Bade, Keith Geis and additional mentors—are available to help you process your antelope. Hunters participating in this activity must have a cooler for transporting the meat home. The maximum number of people who can DIY process with the help of mentors are based on availability and space. Mentors will not be able to help hunters start new animals after 3 pm each day. Note that mentors do not process the animal for you, but help you learn the skill for yourself. If you wish to have someone process your animal for you, then please select the option to send it to Big Horn Meat Cutting when you check in at the meat pole.
