Why It Matters: Every Wyoming community is experiencing a shortage of workers, including in the fields of health and childcare. This bill helps address the problem by expanding the Hathaway Scholarship to include certificate programs available through the community college system and the university, including a number that largely impact women such as public health and early childhood. This bill is an opportunity to build skills and build the strength of our communities.
